Very Laggy Servers (almost unplayable!)

I noticed that a lot of the official BeamMP servers are quite laggy and unplayable. Does anyone have any tips on boosting performance? Dropping the graphics settings did not help. Could it be windows just freeking out or is there a setting hidden deep in BeamNG’s settings?

My system:
Dell G5 SE 5505
AMD Ryzen 7 4800h
AMD Radeon RX5600m
32 gb dd4 dual channel
Killer/Intel wifi card, gigabit network
Windows 11 Pro

Set vehicle synchronization to manual, the lag you are experiencing could be people updating and changing their vehicles. If this does not resolve the issue let us know.
