Very long time to download mod

My friend wants to join my server with 1GB of mods, but my friend make very long time to download all mod but has connection been very good
One idea?

Hi there,

The download speed is dependent on how quickly you can upload. Typically upload speed is significantly less than download speed, so if your upload speed is low, even if the other user has a fast download speed, they’ll be limited by your upload. Hope this makes sense.
