when it finishes loading it shows me players but they are not moving. they update their location when they reset their vehicle
Did you unzip the multiplayer mod when you downloaded it? It’s meant to be installed as a ZIP file not unpacked which would be why it isn’t updating. Vehicles not moving is usually an indication that your firewall is blocking incoming or outgoing traffic from BeamMP.
