Mods wont load in

hi, i installed carbonworks f4 and cs25 addition pack, and the monaco track, but when i tried to load in, it sais levels/monaco/info.json wasnt found, when it clearly is in the zip, i placed all 3 of the mods both in the client folder and directly in the recourses folder, but they just wont work! even if i changed the map to a default one, the carbonworks f4 and cs25 addition pack cars wont load, and i dont see the car in vehixle selector, im on beamng 0.36.4
